Philadelphia Suburban Declares June 2002 Dividend BRYN MAWR, Pa., May 3, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Philadelphia Suburban Corporation (NYSE:PSC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $.1325 per share payable on June 1, 2002 to all shareholders of record on May 14, 2002.
PSC has paid dividends consecutively for 58 years.
PSC is the holding company for regulated public utilities that provide water and wastewater services to approximately two million residents in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, New Jersey, Maine, and North Carolina.
