Philadelphia Suburban Corporation to Announce Third Quarter 2002 Earnings November 7, 2002 BRYN MAWR, Pa., Oct 30, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Philadelphia Suburban Corporation (NYSE:PSC) is expected to report third quarter 2002 earnings that are significantly higher than 2001 third quarter levels of $0.28 per share. Third quarter 2002 earnings will be announced on Thursday, November 7 and are expected to exceed first call estimates of $0.29 per share.

PSC's third quarter 2002 earnings were positively impacted by revenue growth from rate relief in the company's various operating divisions and increased water sales as a result of customer growth and increased consumption in the company's Midwest operations.
